Guitar Hero Contest Rules & Info.

This tournament will be organized into a first come, first play format & players
will be paired up by age & song choice. Each player will register/sign-up (must present ticket) for an opportunity
to participate in the tournament when they arrive on-site during contest hours.

Registration will begin at noon on the 25th day of July.

Players must be present and prepared to play when his/her turn comes up, or his/her turn
shall be forfeited. (without a refund)

By entering the contest, all players will consent to the Host use of his/her name, photograph
and/or likeness,voice, and statement made by the player, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including
without limitation print, broadcast and internet), for all business purposes including advertising & promotional activities
without additional compensation, notice, or approval, unless prohibited by law.

Must be 12 years of age or older.

This event will be a single illimunation face-off tournament.

2 Players will duel at one time. ( Players will be pair up by age & song choice
)

1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will be awarded. 1st place will be a minimum value
of $100.00 - 2nd place a minimum value of $50.00 & 3rd place a minimum value of $25.00 . (NO CASH PRIZES)
- All players agree to be bound by these rules and any decisions by the Host regarding the contest. The
Host resereves the right to disqualify any player, who tampers with the this contest in anyway, violates the rules,
engages in any cheating, or acts in an unsportsman like manner. Players must not be under the influence/smell of alcohol
while participating in the contest or will be subject to disqualification.

All decisions of the Host are final.

The song choices will be chosen at the time of registration. ( If players cant be paired
up by song choice, players next in rotation will be asked to choose a different song. If players can't play due to age, the
next person in that age group will jump up in rotation. If there isn't anyone in the players age group that player will be
bumped until someone in that age group registers.)

Age groups are as follows: 12 & 13 - 14 & 15 - 16 &17 - 18 & up.

The Host may choose to cancel (providing a refund) or reschedule tournament due to rain (bad
weather) or any other unexpected matters.

The tournament will start on a medium level until the top 24, then will advance to
expert level.

Players are WELCOME to bring their own guitars.

The game system & song choices will soon be posted. ( so please be ready & have back-up
song choices ready )
